How do I buy a downloadable program?

Browse The Love Shop to choose your program(s). Once you have made your selection, simply click on the Add to Cart button underneath the product image on each product page (for example The Love Rooms Essentials - Couples)

If you wish to add more products, such as The Extras, click the ‘continue shopping’ link.

If you’re ready to purchase your downloads, click Proceed to Checkout where you will be taken to the checkout area.

Once you have filled in your personal details and paid for your downloads, we will then email you to confirm your order. The email will contain details on how to download your program.

Tip: Use the View Cart that you can see at the top of every page, to see the downloads you already have in your shopping basket.

Downloading your Program

Once you have purchased your downloadable program, you will receive an email with link(s) to retrieve your downloads.

Clicking on the links will take you to your download page at The Love Rooms, where you can retrieve your purchase(s). Click on each download link and save to your computer.

For PC users: Right-click on the download link & choose 'Save Target As' or 'Save Link As'
For MAC users: Ctrl-click or command-click & choose 'Save As'

For security reasons, download links for files expire after 7 days, so please download and save to your computer as soon as you complete your purchase.

Almost all computers already have software suitable for playing your audio downloads.

N.B. Some PC users may find that Real Player stops playing the audio MP3 downloads early because the software treats them as shorter than they really are. For this reason, we recommend using Windows Media Player.

PDF downloads can be read using Adobe Acrobat. Again most computers already have this software installed on them, but if you can download Adobe Reader for free here.

Can I burn a copy of my audio download to CD?

Yes, provide that you agree to our terms regarding copyright and that it is for your own personal use only. There are several different types of software that you can use to do this, including the latest version of Windows Media Player, downloadable here, which will convert MP3's and burn them onto your CD in the correct format for playing on any CD player.

What do the download programs contain?

All audio downloads are accompanied by a PDF document of The Manual - a set of instructions and information designed for you to make the most of all your audio sessions. It is important that you read and follow the instructions to maximise the benefits and success rate of your audio program.

Each audio download consists of a short introduction, followed by around 10-15 minutes of the actual hypnotic session.

How do I purchase or enquire about a private therapy program?

Each VIP program is tailored to your needs and your budget. Prices range from £2,500 to £10,000 for private therapy, depending on whether you are seeking single or couple therapy, the number of therapy sessions required (normally 5) and the level of therapist you wish to see. All therapists have been personally trained and selected by Valerie Austin.

If you reach our answer phone, please do leave a clear message with your name, telephone number, and a suitable time (GMT) to return your call. We will get back to you within 24 hours during the working week (Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm GMT).

Once the appointment schedule has been agreed, you will then need to purchase your program to secure your appointments. Payment may be made by bank transfer, cash, cheque or debit/credit card. Please note that a 3% credit card handling fee will applied to your fee should you wish to use a credit card. This does not apply to debit cards.
